Drool Kitchen held a “Rolling Authentic Italian Pizza Workshop” under guidance of Executive Chef Dheeraj Mangothra on 22/09/12, there were two sessions 12 pm to 01 pm & 04 pm to 05 pm. The sessions started with a small conversation over Italian pizzas, where the chef told the participants about Dough making. Chef Deepak Magothra used Tomato sauce & Pesto sauce, different kind of veg / non veg toppings to weave his magic. This was followed by knowledge sharing about Mozzarella cheese and Baking Process with Gas oven.
Chef gave knowledge about ingredients also that where one can find them and about the quality check points.
